2. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop is the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of the Law. 2251/1994, as amended.

You can conclude a valid order through the e-shop, as long as you are legally competent according to the Greek Civil Code. The company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders made by legal incapacitated persons.

3. PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER THROUGH AN E-SHOP:
Completion of a special form with the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract.
The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and the terms of use, with the electronic option “ACCEPT” given to the interested party by the website. ACCEPTANCE means careful reading of the terms of use and unconditional acceptance thereof.
For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, your www.woord.gr has the following alternative payment methods:

a. By charging your credit card. The charge of your credit card is made on the day of the start of the shipping process of the products. The transaction is made through Piraeus Bank, which takes all necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks. It is possible to pay through credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.

It is mandatory to necessarily provide a contact number and a valid e-mail address.

b. Cash on delivery (only for Greece) and only for small items the moment you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged 2.50 euros (vat 24%) plus shipping costs.

By sending the order form, the consumer receives an online copy of the order, which can be stored.

The prices listed in the relevant catalogues under each product include VAT (24%), while the www.woord.gr reserves the right to adjust prices without having to inform consumers.
Note: Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to differences in exchange rate, customs clearances, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In order to carry out any transaction through the woord e-shop, in order to place orders for products of the company, you will be asked to disclose some of your personal information. When you place an order, we will ask you for your full name, the address to which the products will be sent, your mobile phone number and your email address. Once the above information is entered, you are automatically transferred to the secure environment of Piraeus Bank, therefore we do not store any information that has to do with your card details.
The above data is processed by the company in compliance with the application of Article 7A para. 1 (b) Law. 2472/1997, for the purpose of implementing the order given by the customer and in no way will they be disclosed, disclosed or sold to third parties, unless the procedure set out by law for the lifting of confidentiality (Law 2225/1994) or any obligations arising from the national application of Directive 24/2006 is initiated.
