I am Maritsa and I am a creator of wooden objects for utilitarian and artistic use, mainly from recyclable materials, while at the same time I deal with the creative processing of furniture.

I am Maritsa and I am a creator of wooden objects for utilitarian and artistic use, mainly from recyclable materials, while at the same time I deal with the creative processing of furniture.
I like to give a second chance to “unwanted” objects and make something out of nothing…
“Objects” that I fall in love with at first sight. A second chance at forgotten dreams, nostalgic memories and signs of time.
I especially love the feel of wood, its “waters”, its calluses, even its imperfections. That’s what fascinates me and I love to show it off. At the same time, I love painting and writing by hand. The combination of these led me to write optimistic messages and paint happy images on wooden canvases, in order to inspire and encourage a positive attitude of life.
From all the above, WOORD emerged my brand name… a combination of love for wood and words (word).
With an emphasis on recycling, reuse and processing, WOORD mainly uses recycled pallets and wood residues. These elements are converted with the appropriate processing into utilitarian and decorative objects.

- Woord’s vision is the continuous development and improvement of its products and services so that they uniquely meet the needs of people. The company seeks to design and create furniture and objects made of wood that can combine perfect construction and design, but having a dose of handmade.
- WOORD strongly believes in the second chance and the need to reuse recyclable materials, so it transforms old furniture and objects that “carry” their own stories and memories in order to utilize them in the organization and decoration of the interior.
- With an emphasis on recycling, reuse and processing, the company mainly uses recycled pallets and wood residues, which are converted with the appropriate treatment into utilitarian-visual objects.
- WOORD’s responsibility is to provide items to consumers made with ecological conscientiousness and user-friendly.
