You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return the products, within 5 working days from the date you receive it and provided that you choose another product from our store. In case the reason for the return concerns an error of the company, woord company undertakes to resent a courier to the address you have set us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. From the moment the product leaves you, WOORD receives it within 1-2 working days for returns within Greece and through ELTA COURIER or within 3-5 working days for returns from abroad through DHL. In case you choose other shipping companies, we cannot provide any guarantee for the pick-up times of the products you return to us. After we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and inform you by e-mail about the way it is processed.
